Marilla is an ex AGES fellow, O&G in public and private, President of Pelvic Pain Victoria and current chair of the Victorian state committee at RANZCOG. She was the gynae on the Inquiry into Womens Pain in Victoria in 2025, does trials with Deakin pyschologists in pelvic pain, works with government and has done two rounds of the RANZCOG endometriosis guideline.
