Sarah is a gynaecologist in public and private, with a focus on endometriosis, and health equity, especially in Māori women’s health. She has worked at Middlemore Hospital in South Auckland since the start of my training in 2009. Sarah completed her AGES fellowship in 2016 and is Chair of He Hono Wahine, and sits on the RANZCOG Council. She began performing robotic surgery in 2025, with the aim to start a public gynaecology robotics program in the Auckland region, and with the goal to get a robot at Middlemore by the end of 2027.
