I am a gynaecologist in public and private, with a focus on endometriosis, and health equity, especially in Māori womens health. I have worked at Middlemore Hospital in South Auckland since the start of my training in 2009. I completed my AGES fellowship in 2016. I am the chair of He Hono Wahine, and sit on the RANZCOG Council. I started performing robotic surgery in 2025, with the aim to start a public gynaecology robotics program in the Auckland region, and the goal to get a robot at Middlemore by the end of 2027.
