Lauren completed her medical degree with honours at the University of Melbourne in 2012, then undertook specialist obstetrics and gynaecology training at the Mercy Hospital for Women and Albury Wodonga Health. In 2020 and 2021, she completed a prestigious AGES-accredited fellowship in advanced gynaecology laparoscopic surgery through the Mercy Hospital for Women and the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. She has also completed a master’s in reproductive medicine (with excellence) through the University of New South Wales. Lauren has an interest in complex gynaecological surgeries using minimally-invasive techniques, including the treatment of severe endometriosis and fibroids, particularly with a view to optimising fertility in people wishing to conceive.
