REGISTRATION DESK OPENING HOURS 
The registration desk is located in the Promenade Foyer located on Level 1.
Opening times are: 
Wednesday 4 March: 4.00pm – 6.30pm
Thursday 5 March: 7.00am – 5.00pm
Friday 6 March: 7.30am – 5.00pm
Saturday 7 March: 8.00am – 2.00pm

CONGRESS WI-FI
Please feel free to use the conference Wi-Fi in the Promenade Ballroom (1, 2 & 3) and Exhibition Area.
The password will change daily, so please check at the registration desk to find out each day.

CONGRESS DRESS CODE
The dress code for the conference is smart casual or business attire. Please note that due to the air-conditioning in the venue, the temperature in the rooms can get quite cold. Please bring a jacket or wrap just in case.

CONGRESS ABSTRACT BOOKLET
An abridged, printed, program booklet will be available for collection at the AGES Registration Desk. To save waste, the abstract booklet is only available as a soft copy. If you would like a full copy to refer to onsite, please print before arriving at the meeting

PARKING
• Multi-level car park: $18/day. Entry via Clarke Street, Haig Street or Kingsway (North Bound), Height Clearance 2.0 metres
• Basement car park: $50/day. Entry via Whiteman St, Kings Bridge (South bound) or Southbank Boulevard, height clearance of 2.0 metres
• Valet parking is available at the Casino Atrium Entrance - Whiteman Street. Cost is $55 per 24 hour period. Payment is on exit

Bus times:
• Departing Crown Promenade Driveway at 7.15pm
• Departing NGV – A shuttle bus departing at: 10.10pm, 10.40pm & 11.10pm
The NGV is only a 15 minute walk away, if you would rather walk along the picturesque river.
